Happy Birthday Mommy!

Since Daddy had yesterday off and we got to play together while you were teaching, we found some time to get on here and wish you happy birthday. I wanted to show you some of the fun pictures of you and me in the last year (the most recent ones are first). This past year, you helped me crawl and walk, eat big kid food, go to sleep on my own, sign for more, read books, say Daddy and Mommy, and so much more. You are the best Mommy in the whole world. Happy Birthday Mommy!

We didn't want you in the picture anyways Daddy.

Riding a Train

Last week Mommy had to go to the mall to buy a Christmas present and while we were there Mommy took me to see Santa and they also have a train you can ride. Mommy put me down and I was standing along the fence and when the train would come by I would talk and tell my Mommy that I wanted to ride it too. Daddy was meeting us at the mall so when he got there I got to ride the train. It was so fun. I got to ride on it twice, once with Mommy and once with Daddy. We even got some pictures of us on the train.

Waiting very patiently in line for my turn to ride the train

Daddy was waving to Mommy but I was too busy looking at the other kid who was sharing our train car

Thanksgiving at Oma and Papas House

These are just a few pictures from Thanksgiving at Oma and Papas house. We spent a couple of days there during Thanksgiving break. I got to play with my cousin Grace. Oma made a very yummy meal. It was nice enough outside that we even got to play outside.

I love to watch Mommy vacuum and Oma had one just my size. I was picking up the floor.

Daddy was teaching me how to play football.

Touchdown!

Just practicing with Uncle Dustin's racing wheel fr his x-box.

My Cousins

This year for Thanksgiving, Grandma Becky and Grandpa Marc had a houseful. My Aunt Amy, Cousin Caroline, Aunt Jill, Uncle Brian, and Cousin Caroline were all in town. I had never met my Cousin Caroline so it was fun to have some new friends to play with. We had a really good Thanksgiving meal an then it was even nice enough out that Uncle Brian, Cousin Caroline, Mommy, Grandpa Marc, and I went to the park to play. Aunt Jill had brought her dogs, Birdie and Chloe so they came to the park too. They were too busy playing that I didn't even really get a chance to play with them. I was swinging at the park and I almost fell asleep. When we got back I got to play with some Thomas the trains that Grandma Becky had at her house. It was a busy Thanksgiving but it was a fun one. Enjoy some of the pictures my Mommy took.

I like Aunt Amy because she lets me eat things that Mommy and Daddy ususally don't let me have.

Daddy holding Baby Parker. He said he is glad I am older now because I am a lot easier to hold than Parker! Look at all of Parker's hair though, he has a lot!

My Daddy was teaching Cousin Caroline how to play pool. Look at her proper form.

Here is my Mommy and her sisters with their "babies".

This is the first cousin picture we have ever got! Caroline was in charge of holding me and Parker. I was trying to climb off of the couch so she gave me a nice hug to keep me in place! It is hard to get a 6 year old, 1 year old, and a 8 week old to pose for a picture.

Professional Pictures

I know these pictures are now a few months old but I don't think I ever posted them. We went and got professional pictures taken a couple of weeks after Brayden's 1st birthday. He did such a good job smiling. I wondered how he would do since this was the first time he had been walking! All the other times we went he wasn't very mobile so it was pretty easy. 9 months was a little difficult because he was crawling but at least we could grab him quickly. He did really good until the last few shots and then he decided he just wanted to walk out of the camera room. We would quickly grab him and then it turned into a game. Thankfully we had gotten some awesome pictures so we were fine with being done a few minutes early. Here are a couple of our favorites.
