Just Like Daddy

This post is exactly what the title says, pictures of my two favorite boys. Brayden just loves spending time with Daddy and I, of course love watching the two of them interact. Andrew is such a great Dad and I couldn't be more thankful for that.

We got grass now! Yeah but of course it needs watered EVERY day so here are Andrew and Brayden watering the yard. Brayden loved watching the sprinklers.

How cute is that? Brayden and Andrew even match with them both wearing red.

After we got done watering the yard we took Brayden for a walk. I just love this picture!

Visiting Sara

My Godmother Sara lives in town but only for about 50 more days:( Then she is getting married and I think she is going to move to Nebraska. So I wanted to spend some time with her before she leaves so Mommy and I went and met her after work one night. We went to one of their favorite places, Dairy Queen, and Sara even said that when I get a little older she would take me there! I watched her very carefully as she ate her yummy ice cream. I can't wait till I can try some. After Dairy Queen we hopped on some walking trails and went for a walk. We did this a couple of weeks ago when we had that gorgeous weather. Mommy took some pictures of us so I thought I would share them. I had a lot of fun checking out some new scenery and hearing all about those wedding details, ok so maybe I didn't really enjoy the wedding talk but I know Mommy sure liked hearing about it!

Sara and I look like we coordinated our outfits! This was my 1st time at Dairy Queen. I can't wait to take Sara up on her offer of taking me back there when I get older!

We were walking on some trails by where Sara used to live. Doesn't the weather look nice. I can't wait for it to come back so I can play outside!

Brayden has Teeth!

At his 6 month appointment the Doctor said Brayden's teeth were coming in. I, of course thought they were coming a long time ago. About 3 days after his appointment I was feeling his gums and I told Andrew I really did feel them. Last week we knew they were getting close because you could feel the bumps. On Sunday not only did we feel the bumps but we saw white! Those pearly whites are making their appearance. In this last week they have really come up. Now you can see them clear as day! If you dare put your finger in his mouth you can feel them too. I tried to get a couple pictures of his teeth but they didn't turn out so I guess you will have to wait until they get a little bit bigger but don't worry I wouldn't make a post without a picture!

Here is my attempt to show off his teeth. It looks as if Brayden is saying Aaahhh. He even had his tongue back so you have a clear shot. If you look real close you can see the little white bumps on the bottom.

Just a fun photo of Mother and Son!

Minnesota Wild

I love weekends with my Daddy. On Saturday Mommy said Daddy could help me get ready and he does things a little bit differently then Mommy. We went into my room and he opened up the closet and asked me what I felt like wearing. Mommy usually picks it out for me. Thankfully when Grandma Becky was at my house she organized my closet by size so I knew exactly which outfits fit me. After taking a close look at my options I decided I wanted to wear my Minnesota Wild warm up outfit. I can't really talk yet so instead I told Daddy that was what I picked by ever so gracefully pulling on the jacket and eventually making it fall off of the hanger. I looked pretty cool in my new outfit so I thought I would make a post for all those Wild Hockey fans out there, well mainly just the Lorenz family but maybe there are more of you that we don't know about. Anyways, here are some pics of my sporting Mommy roots, Minnesota. By the way, thanks Pat for the outfit! I think I looked pretty cool!

Here I am sporting my Wild gear and sitting on my own. Mommy doesn't quite trust me all the time though.

Showing off the whole outfit and how well it fits!

Prom

Yesterday was my Uncle Dustin's junior prom and my mommy told me that it made he reminisce about the 3 years her and Daddy went to Prom. Mommy said there were all sorts of different colors of dresses but each year she got a different shade of pink! I think I can figure out what her favorite color is, how about you? Well anyways, last weekend when we were home visiting Oma, Papa, and Uncle Dustin we were able to get a preview of Dustin's tux. He had already picked it up from the store so he tried it on and modeled it for us. I even got my picture taken with him. His tux matched his date's dress so we can't wait to see pictures!

Easter At Grandma's

This last weekend we celebrated Easter in Algona. We made it back for a quick trip but we were able to see both sets of Grandparents and even Great-Grandparents. Lucky me, I know. Here are some pictures from Easter at Grandpa Marc and Grandma Becky's house.

Showing off my Easter PJ's. Thanks Sandi and Paul! It says Baby's First Easter and there is even a fluffy tail on the pants!

Posing with Great Grandma Grace!

4 Generation Picture: Mommy, Me, Grandpa Marc, and Great Grandpa Norbert.

I was excited to see Great Grandpa Norbert and when he first got there I was busy checking him out since it had been a while since the last time I had seen him. Mommy got out her camera to take a picture so I made sure to smile. `

New Swing!

When I was at Grandma and Grandpa's house they set up their swing just for me. My Mommy and Daddy have the same swing at their house but they haven't put it up yet. Daddy says he is going to buy some hooks for it and hang it under our deck. I am very excited because I loved swinging at Grandma and Grandpa's house. It was so relaxing I actually fell asleep in the swing. Nothing better then enjoying an afternoon outside on a nice day.

Mommy why did you put these sunglasses on me? I can't see very good now, but don't worry I will fix that myself.

Wow I have an audience! I guess everyone wanted to see my reaction and just for the record, I had fun. I am sure I will be able to use that swing more often when I go to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

My Grandpa pushes pretty high so I made sure to hold on tight. I can't wait until he can give me an underdog! One for the money, two for the show, three to get ready, and four to go!

Grandpa, thanks for putting the swing up and cleaning it for my first ride!
